He has owned and operated such branded hotels as the Comfort Inn, Days Inn and a Super 8 property. Upon moving to McDonough, GA, he opened the Best Western hotel and was honored with several awards

Nick Patel is a hospitality professional with over 25 years in the industry. His expertise includes operations and marketing and he has managed multiple construction and remodeling projects. His opening background includes: Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn McDonough, GA; Holiday Inn Stockbridge; Holiday Inn Express Cumming, Ga.
Mr. Patel received his MBA from Georgia College & State University.
Jeff Schneider is the Vice President of Operations for Y/M Management Group, a full service management company that maintains a diverse portfolio of hotel assets throughout the United States. Mr. Schneider joined Y/M Management Group in December of 2013, bringing a wealth of branding and operations experience along with a passion for the business. During his career he has built an impressive track record in hotel operations, revenue management, marketing and general management of branded, luxury and boutique properties throughout the United States. He has held executive level management positions with companies like Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Starwood, Choice and Radisson. At Y/M Management Group, Schneider is heading up a team of hospitality management professionals, driving the company's commitment to successful operations by focusing on top line revenues, guest service, expense control and overall profitability. He also understands that highly engaged companies have higher operating margins. S chneider knows that engagement means lower turnover and as importantly, engaged employees invest their physical, mental and emotional energies in their work. This core employee relations philosophy along with his operations expertise has lead to numerous awards including being honored as the HSMAI Mile High Chapter General Manager of the year and winning the Radisson Presidential Award and General Manager of the year while with Doramar Hotels for two years running. Schneider was most recently employed as the Vice President of Operations for HP Hotels, responsible for the operational oversight of 30 properties throughout the Southeast US. Prior to this appointment he was a regional director of hotels for MEI hotels based out of Cleveland OH.
Schneider graduated from the University of New Hampshire School Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration and a minor in Psychology. In his free times he enjoys skiing, watching sports and maintaining his five acre horse farm located just outside Peachtree City, Georgia. He has been married for fifteen years to his wife, Emily, and are happily raising their ten year old son, Henry.
David Hale is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for YM Management Group, where he brings more than 20 years of professional hospitality leadership experience to an award winning portfolio of hotel assets throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States. David not only provides strategic direction for the YM Management Group corporate image, but also directs the overall sales and marketing efforts for the company’s entire portfolio. David’s in-depth industry knowledge, sales skills, and excellent people skills are instrumental in building loyal relationship with nationwide customers and company-wide business partners.
Prior to joining YM Management Group, David was the Regional Vice President of Hotel Development for North America for Vantage Hospitality Group, the 8th largest hotel company in the world with over 1100 hotels. David has led a portfolio of 30 plus hotels as Vice President of Sales with Interstate Hotels and Resorts supporting several top ownership groups across the U.S. He also spent time With The Procaccianti Group where David held the role of Regional Director of Revenue Management supporting 20 plus full and focus service hotels. David has had the luxury of working closely with top legacy hotels brands such as Hilton, Marriot, IHG, Starwood, Hyatt, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels. David spent more than 12 total years with Promus / Hilton Worldwide in regional revenue management and led many brand training leadership courses in revenue management and sales. In his last role with Hilton, David was the Regional Director of Hotel Performance Support leading a hotel portfolio of 35 plu s Embassy Suites supporting some of the top ownership groups throughout the North America.
David has a proven track record of transforming sales and revenue cultures and the ability to recognize and create opportunities that have a positive impact on market share and profitability. He believes that communication is key in building successful relationships. His wife is also in the hospitality business at Hilton Worldwide and they have one son together. David is a native Texan and an alumni of the great University of Houston and always enjoys watching his beloved Houston Cougars play
Lenore Broadley has more than 30 years of Hospitality experience and joined the Y/M Management Group in August of 2014. As the Regional Director of Operations, Lenore brings years of Sales, Sales Development, Operations, and Training experience with her, along with an impressive track record for maximizing growth and profits for a variety of Hotel brands throughout the United States. She has held senior leadership positions with Hilton, IHG, and Radisson.
At Y/M Management Group, Lenore will be responsible for creating the Sales Culture for a portfolio of properties in the TX, OK regions. Lenore will be overseeing Revenue Management, Social Media, and the maintenance of Brand Standards, while at the same time partnering with the VP of Operations in driving the company's commitment to successful operations by focusing on top line revenues, guest service, expense control and overall profitability.
Lenore was most recently employed as the Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations for Jackie’s International, Canton MS, responsible for the operational oversight of multiple properties throughout the Northern Region of MS.
Lenore graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She is a native of Minnesota. In her free times she enjoys running and cycling. She has two daughters, recent graduates of G-Tech and Emory University, in Atlanta GA.
Terry Quigley is a 30+ year veteran of the hospitality industry and one of 8 children from a military family. Terry joined YM Management Group in June of 2015 as the Regional Director of Operations. Terry is responsible for overseeing the Revenue Management, Social Media and working with the management teams on daily operations
Terry has held numerous positions over the years including that of General Manager and worked for 8 national brands. Terry has a diverse background encompassing operations, field training, sales and marketing, a strong revenue management background. He exudes a passion for service delivery believing that the key to a successful hotel revolves around service, presentation and self-sacrifice for the guest.
He attended Holiday Inn University in 1989 and received his CHA in 1999. He joined IHG becoming a Senior Area Manager consulting with ownership and management teams for mid-scale brands including Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. During that time he worked in 5 different regions including New England, New York, Eastern Canada and the Eastern US for Candlewood Suites. In 2013, he moved from New England to the Northern Panhandle for IHG handling a portfolio of 49 hotels driving results in top line revenues, RGI and Guest Service scores.
Terry was the recipient of the 2011 Area Manager of the Year award and the Working Better Together Award in 2012 among other accolades over his career. In his off time, he enjoys the beach near his Gulf Breeze, FL home or spending time relaxing with hobbies. Terry has two children, Kayla 27 and Tighe 22.
